We track app usage and statistics to improve our services but prioritize your privacy by not sharing personal data with third parties, except as required by law or for essential app functionalities. In AstroMystic, engagement with our various mystical features is facilitated through a unique system called 'Mystic Tokens'.
These tokens are essential for accessing most actions within the app.
Users have two ways to acquire Mystic Tokens: they can either earn them by watching rewarded advertisements within the app, which provides a free but engaging way to accumulate tokens, or they can opt to purchase tokens directly, with various options available to suit different preferences and needs.
Most activities typically require just one Mystic Token, offering straightforward access to our features. However, for certain specialized actions that demand more intricate resources or provide enhanced experiences, additional tokens may be required. Rest assured, any deviation from the standard single-token cost is always clearly indicated in the app, ensuring transparency whenever the cost is more than one token or the activity is not free.
All token purchases made in the App are final. Once purchased, tokens are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please be aware that if you are using AstroMystic without logging in, as a guest user, your Mystic Tokens are linked exclusively to the device you are currently using.
Tokens will expire when you delete the App from your device or erase all its data if you are not logged-in. We accept no responsibility for any loss of tokens due to App removal or data erasure.
We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Romania without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
